Depending on which country we are delivering to, delivery time can vary
  • Delivery within Europe: 1-7 business days
  • Delivery worldwide: 5-15 business days
Please not that Re-bell does not provide any specific guarantees for the timely delivery of an order. All delivery times are estimated and after the dispatch of the items, we cannot be held liable for any delays
 
Made to order?
If your selected item is out of stock we are happy to make one custom for you. Please take into account that it will take two weeks for the designer to have it exclusively made to order for you.

Following your package
After the courier has scanned your package, you will receive a trace&trace code via email. This can take a few hours after your order has been completed. Never received this e-mail with your track & trace? Please contact us by email: info@re-bell.nl

RETURN POLICY

Returns
As a sustainable fashion label we strive to minimize our carbon footprint as much as possible. Therefore we try to avoid excessive returns by designing clothes with an easy fit and providing clear information about size and materials. We hope to inspire you as a customer to consume consciously and consider the health of our planet before you decide to either purchase or return an item.
If however you decide to return our product(s) you can do so within 14 days after the order was delivered to you. If the return period of 14 days has expired, you unfortunately cannot return or exchange your item(s) anymore.
Unless your return or exchange is due to a mistake on our side , shipping charges are for your own expense and will not be refunded.
Please make sure you return your order with a track and trace number to ensure your package will arrive safely at our warehouse. The customer holds responsibility for items that get lost during shipment. Re-bell will nog refund any expenses if the item gets lost by the courier company.

Refunds
In order to qualify for a refund, please make sure your item is in the same condition as you received it in.

After we received your return we will inspect the item for damage , stains, original tags and packaging. If everything is in order we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
After we receive your return at the office it can take up to 10 working days to process your refund. Please also consider it can take up to two working days for the money to be transferred back into your bank account.
